Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

We do our very best to process orders in a timely manner, as we understand how excited our customers are, to receive our products, so please place all orders accordingly.

Please allow the selected time of arrival (in business working days) for your package to arrive. But please note that we are not held responsible for any packages once they are with the postal carrier, but we hold all proof of postage.

It is highly advised that you are 100% sure of your purchase order & shipping address, as we process all orders immediately & do not offer the option of cancelling/refunding an order or modifying any shipping information - any order that is returned to our facility, due to an incorrect shipping address, there will be a shipping fee to have your package resent.

No refund will be given. Please proofread your address & order(s) before submitting.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please be advised that, all international shipping fees are based on weight, so keep that in mind when you are placing your order for small purchases. Depending on the weight of your purchase - shipping time may vary between 6-14 days - Upon the arrival of your package, depending on your country's import tax law, you will be responsible for any custom fees that may apply.**Note: Due to warm climate temperatures, in some areas, our products may soften or slightly liquify or even completely melt to an oil (if a butter based product) - This is normal, just be sure to place your item(s) in a cool, dry environment for them to return to their original consistency. The products will still be safe and stabalised to use for the duration of the shelf life.
